My OH Fiona and I will be there for the Saturday.  Can I please ask:

What time is opening and last call?
Whereabouts is Casa de Paulyg?
What should we bring with us?  Contributory snacks/food?  Games?  Russel Rabbit Crunchers with Carrot?
Could we get in on Mansions of Madness?  And is it the 2nd edition?

Great questions!

Some rough opening times are:
Friday 11th November: 18:00 - 00:00
Saturday 12th November: 12:00 - 00:00
Sunday 13th November: 12:00 - 22:00

I put the start at midday on the weekend dates because, in practice, noone came any earlier than that last year but there'll be a few of us around the whole weekend so morning gaming is also possible (as long as we're awake). If anyone is keen to do that then we'll organise something.

In terms of bringing things, I will try to ensure that there is a good selection of snacks as well as more substantial food - sandwiches / sushi / pizza / etc. (basically I'm going to go to Costco) so there's no real need to bring anything unless people have specific dietary requirements or just want to make sure their absolute favourite snack is there. I definitely encourage people to bring games that they want to play (bonus points if they're unplayed, as that was the original premise, but anything is fine). However, I do have a fairly big collection so there will be plenty to play if you don't bring anything.

My house is in Greenhill. I'll PM you (and other people who are coming who I don't think have my address) with the details shortly.

And I'll let Aneurin answer about Mansions of Madness but, yes, he does have the 2nd edition.

Yeah - probably going to go on the Saturday night... around 8pm... it'll be dark then. We'll get Paul to set out some flickering candles - and not dust away the cobwebs for a week Wink

We could do with being in a room by ourselves - to get the atmosphere from the app.

There is some interest in the game...

Paul said I should answer the bunny question... um there is absolutely nothing in them which is nutritionally good for them - although to be fair nothing superpoisonous, just might slightly upset their tummies.
so no thank you Unless you e already bought them in which case I would probs lay allow them about one s fortnight as I'm mean.
You honestly don't need to bring them anything but if anyone really does feel the need they like fresh/dried basil, coriander and parsley. I can also provide fibre filled healthy snacks if anyone wants to feed them and will happily talk for hours on bunny digestion and health

I can't remember if I've said I'm coming or not. I am (so far, if i may).

My unplayed games are currently:

Peloponnes (The card game)
Kanban (my copy anyway)
Kryptos
Zombies vs Cheerleaders

Games I haven't played anywhere near enough as I would have liked this year:

Glen More
Kanban
Fleet
Assault on Doomrock
Caylus Magna Carta
Shipyard

Games I'm always up for playing:

Rokoko
Kanban
Labyrinth

Games I'm unsure about who else actually has (I'm not going to check everyone's game library page):

The Thing (pnp)
Kanban
Samara
Mangrovia
Oddball Aeronauts
Carcassonne: The Castle
Mike Read's Pop Quiz Game
I might, MIGHT, have the Pariah PnP TIME stories scenario done by then as well (PDF still needs to be finalised).

Not sure my buns have had basil. They love parsley though, also mint. #bunnyherbtalk

I have yet to play the other Splotter I bought with Food Chain Magnate: Duck Dealer. I would like to give that a go.

I'd be up for Kanban, John.

Hey Kat, thanks for your thoughtful reply.  To be honest, I haven't bought anything, I was just being silly and picked at random the first bunny treat I saw on Amazon. That said, Fiona (my OH) would very much like to see your bunnies and give them treats, so we might bring a small handful of fresh herbs. Smile

Sorry about sidetracking this thread btw.

I'll add you to the list. Glad you can make it! Did I not mention that Kanban is forbidden, though? A Kan*ban* if you like?

*taps microphone* Is this thing on?

Sorry. It's not really banned.

Stuff I was thinking of bringing:

Fortune & Glory
Tiny Epic Galaxies
La Boca
Sheriff of Nottingham
Letters from Whitechapel
7 Wonders: Duel
Beyond Baker Street
One Night Ultimate Werewolf

Of the above, "Fortune & Glory", "Tiny Epic Galaxies" and "Beyond Baker Street" are unplayed

I can save you a little bit of lifting / car space as I have Tiny Epic Galaxies, La Boca and Sheriff of Nottingham so no need to bring those unless you want to specifically play your copy!

I'd like to attend. I won't be bringing any unplayed games (I don't own any), but I'll bring some that aren't easy to get to the table on a Tuesday. (Star Wars: Rebellion, War of the Ring, Forbidden Stars)

I also wouldn't say no to a ride from downtown Sheffield if anyone's going that way. Greenhill is walkable, but not trivially if I've got a bag full of games.
