I've reserved a room at the Ramada Encore. It's only £42 for a double room and 10mins walk from the expo so seems pretty reasonable.

We'll have room in the car for another 2 (or 3 at a push) if anyone wants a lift down. I guess we'll be going early Sat and coming back when it's over on Sun.

Can't you superimpose a meeple pattern into the block colours?

I'll take a Black hoodie with the logo... but should it be in the back or left chest area?

Nice... I sure others would buy in... Do you think it needs words perhaps circling the design to avoid the obvious 'what's sbgc?'

And our forum names so we know who each other are lol.

Yeah we could write it on as well, can cost a lot more to do individual names though

Yeah, looks good. I'd take a hoodie and Gary'd probably have a T-shirt. I agree it needs to say Sheffield Board Games Club somewhere. Maybe on the back? Forum names would be cool too, but it does depend how much this is all going to cost...

How about 'It's fun when you play together' under the letters, always liked that strap line from the forum

Kes,
Any joy with the Hoodies/T's and your brother? Perhaps we should set up a separate thread for this?

We're going Saturday and coming back Sunday, can't afford to take the time off work to do Friday as well.

We have space if anyone wants a lift either way.
