Tabletopia free on Steam

Tabletopia is a tabletop sim game, it's free to download now on Steam with certain games/modes locked to a Premium mode.

Some of the games are Imperial Settlers, Village, Scythe Alien Frontiers, Terra Mysticam Viticulture, Fluxx and more.

I've downloaded it and had a quick look. It's got some games that I've been wanting to have a look at and it seems great for checking out how a game looks and plays, although I don't think I'll be using it for actually playing games against online opponents.

There also seems to be some sort of facility for creating your own games. I'll investigate that a bit further to see whether that might be worthwhile for creating game prototypes.

I've got an account on there (I actually backed their Kickstarter) but haven't honestly found much time to investigate it. It does seem pretty interesting, though, and certainly they are pitching it to games developers as a prototyping environment as well.

I'm lucky enough to get so much face-to-face gaming that I haven't needed to use it, though my original plan was to play a few games with some of my friends who live far away. Perhaps I'll get a chance over the Xmas break. (A couple of years ago we had a memorable game of Catan playing on the mobile app whilst also all on a video Google hangout).
