Tuesday 19th December - SBGC Xmas Party

As per Santa's instructions I have created this thread to sort out the finer details of the Christmas party which will be on Tuesday 19th December 7pm-close at our usual venue.

There will be a Buffet, Secret Santa (details later), Fancy Dress, PitchCar Tournament and the usual game playing.

The cost is £10 per person - for food (£9) and prizes (£1) for the competitions. You can pay - cash money - either to myself or Karlb. If you would prefer to transfer the money over please let us know.

Let us know if you will be coming here - it helps sort out how much food we need etc. Also useful to know at this stage any dietary requirements. We need to know final numbers by Tuesday 12th December.

In the spirit of Santalon: The Chrisistance, I'll hopefully be bringing along a special homemade Christmas card game. It's designed by a guy I met playtesting at UKGE and it's a silly little game about swapping gifts which may or may not be evil/deadly/not quite what you wanted. It was originally called 'Secret Satan', then 'Giftmas with the Grimms' but I thought I might give it a Star Wars reskin and call it 'Merry Sithmas'.

Also, how many copies of NMBR 9 do we have at the club and could we get a massive simultaneous game going at the party?
