Tak is a nice abstract game, originating as a fictional game in Patrick Rothfuss' novels and brought into reality by James Ernest. I'm pretty sure I mentioned it on the podcast at some point.

The Treehouse board game cafe are having a Tak Night event on Sunday 24th and I'm thinking of going along.

I do have a (homemade) Tak set, but I haven't gotten a chance to play with it much. I might show up with the expectation of seeing some nifty sets and winning zero prizes.
