SBGC Christmas Meal 2011 - THE POLL

We have a few members that can't do the 6th and some that can't do the 13th... so

As requested here is the poll to descide the best date (highest number of memebers can make) for the 2011 Xmas meal. It will be at the Riverside. The menu can be found here:

This year Cal has kindly offered to organise the event. He needs a £5 per person deposit... but first we need to decide the best date - hence the poll.

Please indicate which date you can make (you have more than 1 choice). Post a message below to indicate you have voted. If you are bringing someone (or maybe more) with you also indicate below so we can get an idea of numbers.

I now can't make the 6th and will struggle with the 13th, both due to transport issues.

In view of this I think I will have to pass this year. Hope everyone has a great time.

Christmas meal without our illustrious leader just wouldn't be the same. Sure 1 of us could pick you guys up.

It would just be me. Sarah and the kids are going to the Children's choir concert at the Arena on the 6th. The 13th I just can't make.

How did you mange to escape .

I guess it's for Neil to call (as he is organising) as I got the feeling from last night the choice is

6th: Craig & Neil can make it.
13th: Morgan and Marc can make it.

The rest of us are ok on both dates... I think!

We could really mess with everyone's head and move to a different night?

6th is preferable but could in theory do 13th as well

ok done, they just took my credit details against deposit rather than a deposit so that's fine,
and they don't sound busy so further additions will likely be ok if soonish

need to get menu choices to them by tuesday, post below please!
