Be interesting to see how it compares to Panic Station - it sounds virtually the same game. I'm in. What else shall we play? As it was called BSG express at one point I'm guessing it's a quick'un...

Since the duration of some BSG games can be measured in geological terms, "Express" could mean anything between an hour and a millennium... but I think about 90 minutes should do it.

I just received Catacombs! Which I'd completely forgotten I'd ordered.

Who wants to play?

Is that the Flicky-counter, wizardry-battle type game?

I feel the need for some big meaty gaming and there's still quite a few games near the top of the BGG rankings that I haven't tried yet. So if anyone's bringing Terra Mystica, Agricola or Castles of Burgundy anytime soon, I'd like to give those a go.

I can bring my copy of Agricola if you want - but I myself am already promised to Paul.
Wasn't TI3 meaty enough for you?

Does it get meatier than TI3?!

I'm wanting to try Terra Mystica too. Also, more Risk 2210 AD and a lot more Eclipse...

The 1980s version of Civilisation pips TI3 on meatiness...

Ooh, that reminds me, I need to play the newer version of Civilisation at some point. Too many games. Too little time...

Ah yes, I need to get around to arranging a game of that sometime. I got a copy a couple of months ago.

I'd like to give it a whirl too Tom. Can't see it being as meaty as TI3 though, play-time for it on BGG, is only a mere 360 minutes...

This one looks fun too: https://boardgamegeek.com/boardgame/77130/sid-meiers-civilization-board-game

And only 240mins for TI3... Trust me the 1980s version will take 12+ hours. The newer Sid Meirs version is much shorter.

I'd be up for it one weekend. Sunday's preferable.

Of course,  currently working through the rules,  nothing too confusing just yet.

I've also received Paperback,  which looks like fun,  so will bring that too.
