Can anyone tell me what this game is called?

I played this once a couple of years ago but I don't know what the game is called.

It is a card game and each player draws a card from the deck in turn and place it face up on table. If any of your opponents card matches yours which were shapes and possibly colours. Then you had to read an instruction on opponent card like "Name a fruit" and if you shouted out a fruit before your matching opponent called out whatever was on your card then you win the pair. There were some wild card of sort I believe.

Anomia. One of my favourite simple games. Snap with mental dexterity. Except in Snap you don't forgot how to move your wrists and flail your hands for a few seconds before you reach the pile.
