Nice I do like Tokaido, its a wonderfully chilled-out game

It arrived today and I'm not overly happy with the minis, they are cool but unpainted (which I knew).  However they're a bit too big for the board!  They don't fit on the spaces and line up like the original meeples do.  I don't know if this will affect gameplay yet, will have to have a game to find out.  Coins are nice and the scoring markers are a big improvement over the tiny discs in the original.

Not sure about the dice, it's wooden and feels a lot lighter than the plastic Crossroads original, I prefer the heft of the original one?  It just seems to roll and bounce a bit better.
